Receta Tomato Soup

Rich and creamy, great for a cold day or just a hearty side with a grilled cheese sandwich.

Ingredientes

3 Lbs fresh peeled and diced tomatoes

3 cloves garlic minced

1 large onion

1 can tomato paste

2 cups milk

1 tsp salt and pepper

1 Tbs granulated sugar

3 Tbs olive oil

Direcciones
- In a heavy pan place diced onions and garlic with 3 tablespoon olive oil, Saute until transparent.
- Place fresh peeled tomatoes into a food processor and swirl until they are blended finely, pour this into the heavy pot,
- Add tomato paste, and milk, stirring to blend
- Add sugar, salt and pepper
- Allow to simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally, if water is needed add just a bit, 1/4 cup or so.
