Ingredientes

  • 1 x Top (1 & 1/2 pounds) round steak
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1 env onion soup mix
  • 1 can Mushrooms (liquid removed)

Direcciones

  1. Dot the center of 2 & 1/2 feet of heavy-duty foil with 1 Tbsp. margarine. Shake half the contents of envelope of onion soup mix on foil.
  2. Over this,place round steak. Top the steak with remaining soup mix and margarine. Add in the fresh mushrooms slices around the steak. Bring foil up over the meat and double fold edges to seal. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min.
