Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Minced red onions
  • 3 x Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 x Celery rib, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp Tumeric
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin pwdr
  • 3 c. Cubed zucchini
  • 2 1/2 c. Tomato sauce
  • 1 c. Frzn peas
  • 3 pch Cayenne pepper

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onions, garlic, and celery in oil for 2 min.
  2. Add in tumeric, cumin and zucchini. Cook over medium heat for 5 min.
  3. Add in tomato sauce, peas and cayenne pepper and cook till zucchini is tender, about 15 min.
  4. HINT: Use minced fresh or possibly canned tomatoes instead of tomato sauce.
