Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 1 pkt (10 ounce) frzn minced spinach, minced
  • 1 lb Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1 x 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Direcciones

  1. DIRECTIONS:Heat the butter in a small skillet. Saute/fry the onion till tender.
  2. Drain the spinach very well in a sieve and press with a spoon to remove all the liquid. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, sauteed onions, ricotta, Parmesan cheese, Large eggs and seasonings and mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 45 min. Serve warm.
