I have been so lucky to have a good crop of San Marzano tomatoes in the garden. This Tortellini Pomodoro has quickly become a go to meal around here. Its simple to make, fast to throw together and so incredibly fresh and delicious! This is the simple Italian I I truly believe that some of the best dishes are those that are the most simple. If you use really good, fresh ingredients the flavors are just amazing and you can easily throw together an incredible meal.
