Tortellini With Fresh Mushrooms

Ingredientes

  • 125 gm Pkg tortellini with cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Bitter chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Chicken bouillon
  • 2 tsp Finely minced fresh basil, (or possibly 1/2t dry)
  • 150 gm Mixed mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  •     Freshly grated Parmesan

Direcciones

  1. Cook the tortellini in boiling water following directions.
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour; cook about 5 minutes. Stirring, slowly add in the bouillon. Simmer about 10 minutes. Stir in the basil.
  3. Clean the mushrooms and slice. In a skillet, heat 1T oil. Add in the sliced mushrooms and cook about 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the tortellini. Mix with additional 1T oil.
  5. Divide the tortellini between two plates. Divide the mushrooms over the tortellini. Spoon the sauce over. [Oh, what the heck, mix the tortellini, mushrooms, and sauce, then divide between two plates.] Serve with Parmesan.
