This salad will fit in well with any dinner menu, or make a meal by it's self.

Ingredientes

  • 3c.baby spinich leaves
  • 3. torn iceberg lettuce
  • 1-16oz. can chilled green beans, drained
  • 2c. cherry tomatoes,cut in halve
  • 1c. alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/3c.water chestnuts,drained
  • 1sm. onion sliced and pushed into rings
  • 6 slices of bacon cooked and chopped
  • 6 hard boiled eggs,chopped
  • Herb salad dressing
  • 3/4c. olive oil
  • 1/4c. red wine vinegar
  • 1tsp.sugar
  • 1/2tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2tsp.dry mustard
  • 1/4tsp. oregano
  • 1/8tsp. pepper

Direcciones

  1. Salad-combine all ingerdients except bacon and eggs. top the salad with bacon and eggs when serving.
  2. Herb salad dressing-combine all ingredients in a shaker or blend in a blender.
