Ingredientes

  • 2 pound chuck steak
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 1 c. tomato sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 40 ounce. assorted canned beans
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 can lentil soup
  • 1 can minestrone soup
  • 1/4 c. red wine

Direcciones

  1. Cut steak in bite-size bits, roll in flour, heat extra virgin olive oil and add in steak and onions to brown. Add in remaining ingredients and cook covered over low heat for 1 1/2 hrs, remove cover and cook for another 1/2 hour.
