Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp 2 % milk
  • 1 tsp almond
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • Gold pearl dust

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the egg, milk, and the extracts.
  3. Combine the flour and baking powder
  4. Gradually add to the creamed mixture
  5. Mix well
  6. Using a cookie press fitted with the Christmas tree disk, press the dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets
  7. Bake at 375 F for 8-10 minutes or until set. Do Not Brown
  8. Remove to wire racks to cool completely
  9. Spread the hazelnut spread on the bottoms of half of the cookies
  10. Top with the remaining cookies
  11. Brush the tops with the pearl dust.
