Traci's BBQ Pork

This recipe is for a double batch, using pork loin roasts (2/pkg). Take each roast and slice it in half, giving you four loin roasts total. Trim off any fat.

Ingredientes

  • 6 T red wine
  • 3/4 c soy sauce
  • 3 T brown sugar
  • 3 T honey
  • 4 Tbsp red food color
  • 1 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 3 T garlic powder

Direcciones

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl and transfer to a pan or a ziploc bag for marinating. Lay pork roasts in your pan or ziploc bag and turn occasionally for 1/2 to 1 day. Lay roasts on a wire rack or broiler pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, turning over and brushing with marinade every 10 minutes. Serve with hot mustard, red sauce and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
