Ingredientes

  • 4 ounce Dry white wine
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
  •     Juice from, (1) lemon
  • 3 Tbsp. Gruyere & emmenthaler Swiss cheeses
  •     Touch of nutmeg
  •     Generous grating of black pepper
  • 1/4 ounce Kirschwasser

Direcciones

  1. Pour wine in fondue pot (or possibly double boiler) and heat till it steams. Next, add in garlic, lemon juice, cheeses, nutmeg, fresh pepper and kirschwasser.
  2. Stir with fork till wellblended. If needed, add in more cheese to bring it to the proper consistency. Now you're ready to fondue!
