Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. whole-wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. oats, rolled (raw)
  • 1/4 c. wheat germ
  •     grated orange peel
  • 1/2 c. vegetable mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. raw sugar or possibly molasses
  • 1/4 c. shredded coconut meat
  • 2 x vegetarian Large eggs
  •     Use 2 Tsp Egg Replacer In 2 Tbsp hot water)
  • 1/4 c. almonds
  • 1/4 c. walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Mix together the flour, oatmeal, margarine, wheat germ, orange peel, and 1/2 c. of the raw sugar. Place in a 9-inch square pan. Beat together the remaining raw sugar and vegetarian Large eggs. Chop the walnuts, almonds, and shredded coconut together and add in to the egg and sugar mix. Pour this over the top of the mix in the pan and place into a preheated 350 oven. Bake for 30 min, and let cold. Cut into appropriately-sized bars and wrap individually
