Receta Tricolour Poriyal
Ingredients:
- Carrot – 1 cup, finely chopped
- Beans – 1 cup, finely chopped
- Cabbage – 1 cup, finely chopped
- Coconut – 1 cup, grated
- Onions – 2, finely chopped
- Green Chillies – 4, finely chopped
- Oil as required
- Mustard Seeds – little
- Curry Leaves – few
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat little oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Fry the mustard seeds and curry leaves for 30 seconds.
3. Add the carrot, beans, cabbage, onions and green chillies.
4. Saute for 2 to 4 minutes.
5. Add a little water if required.
6. Add salt and coconut.
7. Stir well and cook for a minute longer.
8. Transfer to a serving dish.
10. Serve as a side dish.
