Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Blackberry Royal Wine Mogen David brand
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 5 c. Berries * fresh or possibly unsweetened frzn
  • 2 tsp Fresh orange peel finely grated
  • 1 c. All-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine cut into small bits
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  •     Vanilla ice cream -Or possibly- whipped cream lightly sweetened

Direcciones

  1. Choose any combination of 3: blackberries, ollalieberries, raspberries, boysenberries and blueberries.
  2. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. In medium saucepan, stir together wine, sugar and cornstarch till cornstarch is completely dissolved.
  4. Cook and stir over medium heat till mix bubbles and thickens. Stir in berries and orange peel; stir till berries are warm.
  5. Pour mix into an 11- by 7- by 2-inch baking dish or possibly 2-qt casserole.
  6. To make topping, in a bowl combine flour, sugar, and baking pwdr. With a fork, cut butter into flour mix till mix is crumbly. Stir in lowfat milk. (Mix will be lumpy.)
  7. Drop batter by spoonfuls onto berries.
  8. Bake 20 to 30 min till topping browns.
  9. Serve cobbler hot with ice cream or possibly whipped cream.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
