Triple Berry Parfait
It’s just a matter of layering your favorites in a glass and taking the time in the morning to prepare your parfait. It’s so pretty, and I seem to take my time to eating it when I make it this way.
Triple Berry Parfait
You can use your favorite granola. the PP value is based on the Kashi go Lean Granola.

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Blackberry sauce (or low sugar jam)
- 6 ounces of vanilla flavored Greek yogurt, like Fage or Chobani
- 1 cup mixed berries (I used blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries)
- ½ to ¾ cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch
Directions
In a parfait glass, start with a layer of granola
Add a layer or berries
Top with some yogurt
repeat layers ending with a tablespoon of blackberry sauce and a strawberry

Everything tastes better when it’s presented in a pretty dish. I used to love to make these yogurt parfaits for my girls. I actually I forgot that I should do this for myself.
Take the time to prepare something instead of just grabbing the 6 ounce container of yogurt.
