Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. raspberries
  • 1 1/2 c. strawberries , sliced
  • 1 c. blueberries
  • 1 x baked pastry shell (9 inch) , cooled
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkt (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 tub (8 ounce.) Cold WHIP Whipped Topping

Direcciones

  1. Mix berries in large bowl. Pour into pastry shell.
  2. Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in water till smooth. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat till mix comes to boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin till completely dissolved.
  3. Cold to room temperature. Pour over berries in pastry shell.
  4. Chill 3 hrs or possibly till hard. Spread whipped topping over pie before serving. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
