Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 x (8-oz) container berry-flavored lowfat yogurt
  • 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 c. fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 c. fresh strawberry halves or possibly blackberries
  • 2 x to 3 Tbsp. honey

Direcciones

  1. Combine evaporated lowfat milk, yogurt, berries and honey in a blender container and cover. Blend till smooth. Strain to remove seeds. Serve over ice.
  2. Note: You canuse skimmed evaporated lowfat milk in place of the regular evaporated lowfat milk. Slightly thawed frzn unsweetened or possibly lightly sweetened berries may be substituted for the fresh berries.
