Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. crushed creme filled chocolate sandwich cookies (about 18 cookies)
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter, melted
  • 4 x (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 x (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk (NOT evaporated lowfat milk)
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. unsifted flour
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla (yes, Tbsp.)
  • 2 x (1 oz) squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  •     Chocolate Glaze (recipe below)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9 inch springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese till fluffy.
  2. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed lowfat milk till smooth. Add in Large eggs, flour and vanilla; mix well. Divide batter in half. Add in melted chocolate to one half of batter; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Top proportionately with vanilla batter. Bake 50 to 55 min or possibly till center springs back when lightly touched. Cold. Top with Chocolate Glaze. Chill. Chill leftovers.
  3. Chocolate Glaze:In small saucepan, over low heat, heat 2 (1 oz) squares semi-sweet chocolate with 1/4 c. whipping cream. Cook and stir till thickened and smooth.
