- Line a greased 9-inch square baking pan with foil
- Grease the foil
- Set aside
- In a bowl, combine the flour and sugar
- Cut in 1/4 cup butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs
- Press into the prepared pan
- Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes
- In a saucepan, heat the brown sugar, honey, and the remaining butter until bubbly
- Boil for one minute
- Remove from the heat
- Stir in the cream and the nuts
- Pour over the crust
- Bake for 16-20 minutes longer or until surface is bubbly
- Cool on a wire rack
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Using the foil, lift the bars out of the pan
- Cut into diamonds
