Trish's Artichoke Chicken

I got this recipe from my best friend... and it is fantastic!!! Easy to make and feeds a lot of people... Serve with a salad and garlic bread and you have it made!

Ingredientes

  • 4 Large chicken breast
  • 8 ounces fat-free sour cream
  • 1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 6 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup sherry (or white wine if you do not have sherry)
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 1/4 up parsley
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated Romano Cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pre heat the oven to 375 degrees

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle chicken breast with salt and pepper then brown in small amount of olive oil in a skillet on top of stove... In a mixing bowl mix artichokes with juice with soup, sour cream, parsley, garlic, mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste, half of the cheese... Miix well... remove chicken from the pan put into an oven proof casserole dish and deglaze the frying pan with the sherry (if you do not have sherry white wine may be substituted) add the sherry to the soup and mix well, pour over the chicken in the baking dish and place in the oven to bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees... Serve over rice, or pasta...Grate more cheese and serve...
