- Process sponge to crumbs.
- Heat dark chocolate in cream.
- Combine cake crumbs, orange rind, ginger, Grand Marnier, chocolate and cream in a bowl and mix well. Chill mix for several hrs or possibly till hard.
- Shape tsp. of mix into balls, place on a tray and chill 1 hour.
- Heat white chocolate with copha, dip balls into chocolate and place onto a foil covered tray; chill till set.
