Ingredientes

  • 1 x sponge cake
  • 2 tsp grated orange rind
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger, glace
  • 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
  • 100 gm dark chocolate
  • 1/4 c. cream
  • 250 gm white chocolate
  • 30 gm copha

Direcciones

  1. Process sponge to crumbs.
  2. Heat dark chocolate in cream.
  3. Combine cake crumbs, orange rind, ginger, Grand Marnier, chocolate and cream in a bowl and mix well. Chill mix for several hrs or possibly till hard.
  4. Shape tsp. of mix into balls, place on a tray and chill 1 hour.
  5. Heat white chocolate with copha, dip balls into chocolate and place onto a foil covered tray; chill till set.
