Receta Truly wonderful Gluten free black licorice

I simply love black licorice but my best friend who is celiac can not have it as it has both dairy and wheat in most licorice. I have worked hard at this one and it is incredible for taste, holds together well and is safe.

- Line a glass 8' square baking dish with parchment ; oil with coconut oil
- Bring coconut oil, sugar, syrup, coconut milk with honey, molasses, and salt to a boil over high heat in a 2qt saucepan, fitted with a candy thermometer until temperature reaches 265 degrees
- Remove from heat and stir in flour, extract and cocoa, pour in pan. Chill until firm, 30 -45 minutes
- Invert onto a cutting board, peel off parchment, cut into 1/4 inch thick ropes, twist to shape
- Place on baking sheet; let sit for for 1+ hour until set. store between parchment paper in airtight container
