Good morning! It’s been a hot second since I’ve shared a midweek day-in-the-life recap with you guys so that’s what we’re doin’ Here’s a glimpse into our day yesterday: Breakfast + Morning My morning began with coffee and blog work at the computer, as usual! I made myself a hot mug of coffee by blending coconut oil and collagen together and loved every creamy About an hour later I made myself breakfast which included leftover baked oatmeal from Sunday topped with cashew butter and a sprinkle of hemp seeds. Chase was up for the day at 7 a.m., right after Ryan left for work. I headed upstairs to get him dressed and ready for swim lessons before it was time for him to dig into his morning muffin and sliced strawberries.  Quick tip…
