Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Sword fish steaks
  • 2 stalk celery with leaves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Capers
  • 56 ounce Plum tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 1 lb Linguine, cooked al dente

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry celery, onion, and capers till soft. Add in pureed tomatoes. Cook for 30 min. Add in sword fish and simmer slowly for 15 min or possibly till fish flakes easily. Remove fish to serving platter. Serve sauce over pasta, adding water from cooking pasta if sauce becomes too thick.
