Tuna Croquettes
December 15th, 2013
Tuna croquettes is great as an appetizer, snack or viand. This dish can also be prepared in the coming Chistmas and New year celebrations and very economical too. Because canned tuna is readily available in the supermarket and cheaper than using frozen fish fillets. But you can substitute it with the kind of fish fillet that you want. When buying canned tuna for this recipe, choose tuna solids in brine or oil because it contains a more fish meat than the tuna chunks or tuna flakes and the quality is also better.
