Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound lasagna noodles
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 2 cans water packed tuna
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 8 ounce. Mozzarella cheese or possibly sliced Swiss
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to directions. Saute/fry onions in butter, add in tuna, soup, lowfat milk and seasonings. Alternate noodles, tuna, sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella. End with Mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 min in 9 x 13 pan. 275 calories per serving.
