Tuna Melt Croissants

Ingredientes

  • 6 1/2 ounce. can water packed tuna, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 egg, hard cooked & finely minced
  • 1 scallion, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp. pickle relish
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 croissants, sliced in half or possibly 4 slices bread
  • 1 slice American cheese, cut into strips

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Cover bottom half of each croissant with half the mix. Top each portion with half the cheese strips and add in top half of croissants. Wrap each sandwich in sheet of paper towel. Put on plate and microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute, till cheese is melted and tuna is thoroughly warmed.
