Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (7 ounce.) tuna, liquid removed & flaked
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 c. minute rice
  • 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) Birds Eye sweet green peas, thawed
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs or possibly crushed potato chips
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Blend lowfat milk and water into soup in a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole. Stir in tuna, cheese, dry mustard, salt, rice and peas. Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over vegetable mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min. Makes 5 c. or possibly 5 servings.
