1 can (5-6 oz) tuna, drained 1 can cream of mushroom condensed soup 1/2 cup cheddar cheese 1/2 cup wild rice blend 1/2 cup French fried onions Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cook rice according to package making sure the water has cooked out or it has been drained.  In a large bowl combine tuna, soup, cheese and rice.  Pour into an 8 x 8 baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray.  Bake 25-30 minutes or until bubbly in center.  Sprinkle with crushed French fried onions.  Bake another 5 minutes or until onions start to lightly brown.  Serves 6. Weight Watchers points - 5 Comment:  This turned out delicious!  I made it based on the recipe for Green Bean Casserole adding the cheese and rice.
