  • Two cans of Tuna in water
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (you can use real onion if desired)
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 6 large cooked shrimp
  • 1/4 cup of panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Chop the cooked shrimp and mix it w/the tuna, cilantro, onion, garlic, chili, soy sauce and salt and pepper. Then beat the egg and add it in with the bread crumbs. Form to small patty's (should make four). In a skillet heat oil and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
