Ingredientes

  • 2 T flour
  • 3 T Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 pound raw boneless turkey breast
  • Flour
  • 4 T butter
  • 1/3 c. dry white wine
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Minced fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges

Direcciones

  1. In shallow bowl put together flour, cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add in egg and lowfat milk. Beat till blended. Skin turkey breast and cut crosswise into 6 slices. Lb with meat mallet till thin. Dredge lightly in flour. Heat butter in large frying pan. Dip turkey in batter and cook till golden brown. Remove from pan; keep warm.When all turkey is cooked, add in wine to the frying pan. Cook over low heat 2 min, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Add in lemon juice; mix well. Pour sauce over turkey cutlets and sprinkle with minced parsley. Serve with lemon wedges. Makes 6 servings.
