Receta Turkey Breast Cutlets With Lemon Andwine Sauce

- In shallow bowl put together flour, cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add in egg and lowfat milk. Beat till blended. Skin turkey breast and cut crosswise into 6 slices. Lb with meat mallet till thin. Dredge lightly in flour. Heat butter in large frying pan. Dip turkey in batter and cook till golden brown. Remove from pan; keep warm.When all turkey is cooked, add in wine to the frying pan. Cook over low heat 2 min, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Add in lemon juice; mix well. Pour sauce over turkey cutlets and sprinkle with minced parsley. Serve with lemon wedges. Makes 6 servings.
