Turkey/Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredientes

  • 1 lg. fryer or possibly 1 med. whole turkey breast (prepackaged)
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 4 fat carrots
  • 6 ounce. mushrooms (fresh)
  • 1 med. cabbage
  • 1 bunch fresh baby dill
  • 2 lg. squash
  • 4 new potatoes
  • 1 Knorr brand chicken bouillon cube
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Chop vegetables into large chunks or possibly leave whole. Place in large soup pot with whole chicken/turkey breast. Cover with water. Cook on low for 2-3 hrs. Add in your own vegetable combinations, but the fresh baby dill is a must.
