Turkey Injection

Ingredientes

1/2 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice

8-12 drops Tabasco
2 tbsp. garlic juice and salt to taste or possibly 1 1/2 tbsp. garlic salt

Direcciones

This is mixed till salt dissolves and injected with a marinade needle into bird before cooking. Adds great flavor and moistness to bird.
