- In large skillet, combine turkey, broth, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic pwdr and vegetables. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5-8 min or possibly till pasta is tender.
- In small bowl combine cornstarch and water, blend till smooth. Stir into warm mix in skillet. Cook 1 minute or possibly till thickened, stirring constantly. Serve with soy sauce if you like.
- Chicken or possibly lean pork strips could substitute for turkey.
