- Mix first 8 ingredients well and shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in warm oil 5 min. Add in wine and stock. Reduce heat to a bare simmer, cover and cook for 30 min. Remove meatballs and keep hot.
- Reduce liquid in pan a little and add in cornstarch that has been mixed with a little cool water. Bring to a boil and when thickened, correct seasoning and then add in back the meatballs and toss to cover with sauce.
- Serve warm with rice, noodles or possibly whatever and a nice green salad.
