Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd turkey
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley, fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. fat skimmed turkey broth
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
  • 1 c. peeled, minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 pound spaghetti

Direcciones

  1. Combine turkey, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Form into meatballs and cook till browned. Combine remaining ingredients except spaghetti. Heat to boiling. Add in meatballs; cover and simmer about 40 to 50 min. Uncover, simmer till sauce is gravy thick. Meanwhile cook spaghetti according to package directions. Makes about 6 servings (490 calories each).
