  • 40 slices texas toast
  • dijon mustard
  • chedder jack cheese
  • 5 lbs deli turkey breasts 4 oz per slice
  • ground epper
  • cranberry sauce
  • 1 1/2 dozen large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups whole milk
  • 1 lb butteer
  • 2 cups vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. To make the sandwiches, lay the bread out on te work surface, spread one side of each slice with the mustard. Spread half of the cheese on one slice of bread.
  2. Cover with half of the turkey and season with salt and pepper to taste. evenly spread the cranberry on the turkey on the sandwich.
  3. Top with the remaining turkey: season with salt and pepper to taste, and cover with the remaining cheese and bread. Press down slightly on each sandwich.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Preheat tilt grill to 350 F. Heat tilt grill, add both margarine and oil to grill. Dip and coat each of the sandwiches in the egg mixture and lay in the grill. Cook until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer the sandwiches to a baking sheet and bake until the cheese is melted, about 6 to 8 minutes.
