Turkey 'N Stuffing Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 1/2 c. seasoned stuffing crumbs
  • 1 (2.8 ounce.) can French fried onions
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. (7 ounce.) cubed, cooked turkey
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas, thawed and liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. May use 3 c. of leftover stuffing. Omit butter, water, and stuffing crumbs.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan heat water and butter till butter melts. Remove from heat; stir in crumbs and 1/2 can French fried onions. Spoon stuffing mix into 9-inch baking dish; press stuffing into dish to create a shell.
  3. In medium bowl combine soup, lowfat milk, turkey, and peas; pour into stuffing shell. Bake covered 30 min or possibly till heated through. Top with remaining onions; bake uncovered 5 min or possibly till onions are brown.
