Ingredientes

  • 3 lbs and 12 oz pulled turkey
  • 2 lbs 8 oz frozen sliced carrots
  • 1 lb and 9 oz yellow onion
  • 3 gallons water
  • 6 1/2 oz chicken base
  • 6 1/2 oz LS chicken base
  • 1 2/3 Tbsp and 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 2/3 Tbsp and 1/2 poultry seasoning
  • 2 1/2 oz celery seeds
  • 1 2/3 Tbsp garlic powder

Direcciones

  1. Chop turkey.
  2. Add spices to chicken base and water.
  3. Ass carrots, turkey and onion mixture to stock. Mix ingredients together and bring to boil. Lowere heeat and simmer until caroots are tender.
  4. Add cooked noodles immediately before service - cook 5 more minutes.
  5. Hold at 140 F or higher until service.
