Turkey (Or Chicken) Crunch Casserole

Ingredientes

  • 3 c. diced, cooked turkey or possibly chicken
  • 2 c. hard-boiled Large eggs, minced
  • 1 can (4 ounce.) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. minced onion
  • 3/4 c. diced celery or possibly canned water chestnuts
  • 1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
  • 1 c. (10 1/2 ounce.) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. REAL mayonnaise (don't substitute salad dressing)
  • Chow mein noodles or possibly crushed potato chips

Direcciones

  1. Mix together first 6 ingredients. Stir soup into real mayonnaise, toss with turkey mix, turn into 2 qt casserole and sprinkle with noodles or possibly crushed chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till bubbling. Serves 8 to 10.
