Turkey Pot Pie/Biscuit

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1 c. carrots, diced
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 Large eggs, minced
  • 5 tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. broth
  • 1 c. cooked peas, liquid removed
  • 3 c. turkey, diced
  • 1 can unbaked biscuits

Direcciones

  1. NOTE: Top with biscuits. Bake 12 to 15 min at 450 degrees.
  2. Cook carrots and celery together in boiling salted water 15 min. Drain; reserve liquid for gravy. Blend flour, salt and fat. Stir into warm liquid. Cook till thickened. Combine gravy, vegetables and turkey. Place in greased pan. Bake 30 min at 425 degrees. Remove from oven. Serves 10 to 12.
