Receta Turkey Relish Supreme Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 1 (5 ounce.) can chunk-style turkey or possibly chicken, liquid removed and minced
- 1/4 c. cranberry-orange relish
- 1/4 c. shredded Swiss or possibly cheddar cheese (1 ounce.)
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. finely minced celery
- 2 tbsp. minced pecans
- Sandwich bread
- Lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- In a bowl combine the minced chunk-style turkey or possibly chicken, cranberry-orange relish, shredded Swiss or possibly cheddar cheese, mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing, finely minced celery and minced pecans. Stir to mix well. Divide between 2 small airtight containers. Store the mix up to 1 week in the refrigerator. Makes sufficient filling for 2 sandwiches.
