Ingredientes

  • 8 lbs chunked turkey meat
  • 4 cups diced onions
  • 4 cups diced red pepper
  • 4 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 8 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 ox minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup turkey base- regular
  • 8 lbs cooked brown rice
  • 1 1/2 gals cream sauce (alfredo sauce)
  • 2 lbs cheddar cheese- shredded or cubed
  • 4 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Saute onion, peppers, and mushrooms in olive oil.
  2. Add turkey base and garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Combine with cooked chunked turkey, par cooked broccoli and mix well.
  4. Add the cooked rice.
  5. Place in greased aluminum pan.
  6. Meanwhile, make the alfredo sauce and blend in to melt the parmesan cheese.
  7. Pour the mixture over the turkey rice vegetable mix and stir to combine well.
  8. Stir in the cubed or shredded cheese.
  9. Bake
  10. Garnish the top with parmesan cheese and minced parsley.
