Ingredientes

  • 2 pound turkey cutlets
  • Flour
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. diced salt pork
  • 1/2 c. sweet butter
  • 1/4 pound onions, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 c. red wine
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 2 med. sized green peppers
  • 2 lg. ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 good sized garlic clove, mashed

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle meat with flour. Place oil and butter in skillet and heat. Add in pork and onions and saute/fry together. Add in meat and brown approximately 5 min per side. Add in salt, pepper and wine. Cover and simmer for 5 min. Slice the mushrooms and green peppers. Add in them with the tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 min. Add in garlic and parsley. Cover and cook 10 min.
