- Combine turkey, rice, carrot, onion, parsley, garlic, and 1 c. tomato sauce in medium bowl. Salt and pepper to taste; mix well. Cut tops off peppers. Throw away seeds and membranes. Spoon turkey mix into peppers.
- Arrange in baking dish 8x8x2; cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at High (100% pwdr) 8-10 min, rotating after half the cooking time, till peppers and rice are tender. Spoon remaining tomato sauce over peppers. Microwave at High (100% power) 1 minute. Let stand covered 3 min. Yield: 4 servings (265 calories per serving)
