Receta Turkey Tetrazzini
I love left-over Turkey!! There are so many wonderful things to make with left-over turkey. I thought I would give you 3 of my all time favorites~ This recipe is number 1.
- 8 oz linguine noodles
- 2 cups cubed left-over holiday turkey
- 1 cup left-over holiday gravy
- 1 box (10 oz) frozen creamed spinach
- 1 can (4 oz) mushroom stems and pieces
- 1/2 c milk
- 2 T dry sherry or red wine, if desired
- Topping:
- 1 T butter, melted
- 1/4 c Parmesan bread crumbs (dry)
- Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain
- Meanwhile, heat oven to 350. Spray 11 x 7 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
- In large bowl, combine cooked linguine and all remaining ingredients; stir gently to mix. Spoon into sprayed baking dish
In small bowl, combine topping ingredients; mix well. Sprinkle evenly over top. Cover with foil.
Bake for 35 mins or until bubbly. Uncover; bake 10 mins longer or until topping is browned.
Note: This recipe can be doubled with the same great results~
