Ingredientes

  • 1 c. strawberries or possibly 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can mandarin orange sections
  • 1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes
  • 2 heads Belgian endive
  • Bibb or possibly Boston lettuce leaves
  • 12 ounce. sliced fully cooked smoked turkey breast or possibly plain turkey breast
  • Creamy buttermilk salad dressing
  • 1/3 c. sliced almonds

Direcciones

  1. Cut strawberries in half or possibly drain mandarin oranges. In a medium mixing bowl combine strawberries or possibly oranges and grapes, then set aside. Separate leaves of Belgian endive.
  2. For the salads, line salad plates with Belgian endive and Bibb or possibly Boston lettuce leaves. Then arrange turkey and fruit on top. Drizzle salad dressing over the salads. Sprinkle with the sliced almonds. Makes 4 servings.
