Ingredientes

  • Pastry for 2-crust 9-inch pie
  • 6 to 8 fully ripe bananas, cut in half, then halved lengthwise
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp. light rum
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. evaporated lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Line pie pan with pastry, then arrange bananas in pan. Mix sugar and nutmeg and pour over bananas. Sprinkle with rum and dot with butter. Top with pastry, slit in a few places and brush with evaporated lowfat milk. Bake in very warm 450 degree oven for 15 min, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 15 min. Serve hot or possibly cold.
