Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour or possibly cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 lg. lemon
  • 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Prepare pie crust for 2 crust pie. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Soften butter and blend into sugar mix. Add in lemon peel to sugar mix along with water. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Top with crust and seal edges. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 to 35 min.
