Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
  • Healthy pinch salt

Direcciones

  1. FIRST LAYER: Sift flour with sugar. Cut in butter till mix is crumbly. Press into 13"x9" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. It should look light with brownish edges.
  2. SECOND LAYER: Beat Large eggs, add in sugar and lemon juice and beat till creamy. Stir in flour and baking pwdr. Pour over baked crust and bake again at 350 degrees for 25 min. Cold before cutting into bars. Makes 24 to 36 bars.
